Had the pleasure of dining at Red Fox last night, everything was fantastic, from the bannok starter to the beef tenderloin which was perfectly paired with the Cabernet Franc. Service was perfect as well. I have always enjoyed my lunch or dinner and I'm glad that I was able to bring friends for yet another amazing experience.
I had a beautiful lunch here today with a good friend. Was the first time I have been even though I live close and what an amazing experience. The food and wine were absolutely delicious, but pale in comparison to the service! If you get a chance, please go, and if you're lucky you will get served by Tracee (or Double E), you won't regret it! Will definitely be back - how did I not know about this place??
Amazing dinner. We were looking for a dinner restaurant at a winery and this was by far the most reasonably priced. The food was amazing. We didn't have a reservation, so we sat outside, but they had heaters and blankets and it was really no big deal in 15 degree weather. We had a great view from the patio of the lake. We shared the mussels with bannock which was delicious, then duck breast and tenderloin. Will definitely come back here next time we're in town!
Simply amazing. The venue, food, wine and service. Highly recommend a visit and dinner here. It is such great value for your money. You would pay double the price for a dinner at another winery, that is just as good here. I love the indigenous influence. It makes it such a unique and special place. If you can ask for Marissa to be your server, you will be well taken care of. She is phenomenal. Would highly recommend the following:- bannock - Pinot noir- Chardonnay - bison ribs- duck breast
Excellent food, Excellent service! The server that helped us that night was excellent. We were chatting with the server and she was telling us how the menu changes every season, and that the head chef can be extremely creative with her dishes. She also said that the head chef never creates a dessert twice! I think the changing menu is actually a great thing, it gives me a reason to keep coming back to try something new.I highly recommend this place!
