My Wife and I had a great time at Central. The restaurant was busy so we had the option to take a seat at the bar and we did. The bartenders were great to chat with and helpful with the menu. They even gave us champagne once they found out we were celebrating our anniversary! Great people and great food!
This place is packed with personality. It is a cozy little gem that seems to be quite popular. It boasts a tiny kitchen and clean, modest dining room but the food packs a punch. The burgers are fresh and handmade, the fries and gravy are made to perfection, but the homemade ketchup is the winner. The wait staff was amazingly friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Very efficient! Our table was cleared almost as soon as we pushed our plates away. Definitely check this place out.
One of our favourite places in town. All the burgers are delicious, truffle fries are to die for and the patio is just a fun experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have a neat balcony above the washrooms where you can watch the sporting event there while enjoying some beers. The booths inside are cozy and reflect the atmosphere. Highly recommended for everyone!
So, this is my favourite little place to go all year. This doesn't mean you need to bombard my favourite little place so I can never get a seat, but if you must, please do. The staff are by far some of the best I have ever been served by. It's awesome to phone down there they know my voice and always say, "hey Mike, when you coming in?". The food, hands down, excellent. A simple menu with clean and fresh ingredients. Nate and Patty at the bar are amazing. The drinks are outstanding. Jared and Devon, owners are two great guys with a passion for having a place where everyone wants to be. Truly thankful for feeling like family when I am there. Always on the top of my recommend list to everyone I know..
High-end pub food with excellent service. Good selection of beer and wine. This pub is located inside the Central Sports Club. It has a high energy atmosphere with lots of big screens showing sports channels. There is often a line in the evening but you can call 15 minutes before you arrive to get your name on the list. There is a covered area with tables outside and a bunch of booths inside. Dogs can wait just outside the outside dining area.
