Nathan was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He came out early on a Sunday morning and helped us with a new toilet installation. I would highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter!
We needed to replace our old, copper water line from the city connection to inside our house and, based on other online reviews and the fact that we hoped to have the trenchless technique employed, we decided to go with Roto Rooter after getting a quote. Derrick, Shelden and Tim were fantastic. Nothing went as planned for them with the pull - they kept running into problems. They tried many different options before they landed on the final solution. Through it all they kept their cool and made sure we weren't panicking either (i.e. Derrick made sure we knew exactly what was going on and how they were planning on remedying it) . Derrick was extremely cognizant of how the noise associated with attempting to pull the line might effect my two small children (a two year old and a 4 month old) and did what he could to avoid disturbing either one of them. Even though they hit so many snags the quote was still honored and the work that was done was excellent. Derrick went above and beyond to insure we understood what was going on and even repaired some small issues, not caused by them, that could cause us big issues in the future. I'd highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone looking to get work done.

Amazing service. Huge thanks to Nathan Thomas, who came out on a long weekend Saturday night to install a hot water tank for us. We had a sick baby and our water tank exploded and Nathan saved us! He did great work and was very clean and polite. Would highly recommend.
