Refreshing to have such great service in home maintenance and repairs. Our hot water system was not functioning and from the first call, to service tech Peter arriving soon after and quickly fixing the issue we were impressed with the kindness, professionalism and attention to detail we received. Peter was super friendly, isolated the problem in no time, replaced the part and had it fixed before we knew it. Highly recommend Mr Rooter for all your plumbing needs!

Very pleased customer here! We had a water main replacement job in an older home and Peter came to do an estimate. To satisfy insurance, he was the third person to look at the job. Within a few minutes, Peter's professionalism and experience was clearly evident. Night and day compared to one other company rep who came by to look at the job. Ultimately, Peter and Mr. Rooter was the hands down winner for our selection for the task. The job was completed on time and the end result of the work was fabulous. I can't say enough about Peter, the lead on the job, and the rest of the crew who completed this nasty project.A trades crew who are pleasant and professional, who clearly outlined a breakdown of what was to be done, provided tremendous value for the work completed, AND they cleaned up after themselves? I thought this was impossible to expect these days. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys!
Mr. Rooter Plumbing has done a few things around our home. They are always polite and get the job done! We added both hot and cold taps to the exterior of our home and it looks and works great. They installed new plumbing after we replaced our counter tops and sink. And recently they conducted an inspection of our piping for insurance purposes. Overall, they provide good service in a timely fashion for fair prices. Stacey
The tech was nice, the service was prompt but the service left me wishing. Not only did he get toilet water all over the floor, which we both had to clean up, it ruined my laminate flooring, underlay and the bottom few inches of drywall, which is now dripping wet with wastewater. The fine print says they are not responsible for damage caused by their work. After the tech left, when I went to have a shower, there was a large puddle of water on the floor below the cleanout. The tech only had it tightened it a few threads so a large portion of the water came out. I had to drive down to Home Depot to get thread tape and tighten it myself.For the price they charge and quality of work, I would rather buy a $600 power auger and use it once then use Mr. Rooter for any of my plumbing needs. Just because you offer good customer service, doesn't mean its fair to charge a lot for crappy service.
