I took an hour off work to get a dishwasher installed, my number was taken down wrong at A1 and the appt. was changed without receiving a phone call.. I called to ask where the tech was when he was late and was told he was double booked so I got pushed to noon. Tech came, did good job in just under an hour and I was asked to pay $365 to install a dishwasher (not even remove the old one or take it away). I called to discuss the price with the office and was less than impressed with the response. Other companies have rates of $110- $150, even $90 something per hour and I even showed a quote for a competitors remove and install for $125.. Update: After leaving this review, I was told the office would be reaching out to me to try and make things right.. I called back when I hadn't heard anything and "we've decided not to do anything about it" was the answer I received from the receptionist. Update: Went to talk to ownership about the experience. They were not interested in resolving the incident. I was asked to leave after saying the next step was more attention, reviews and updates on the experience
Came on short notice, outside of regular hours, did a great job and the rate was right!
I called them from out of town and they were quick, courteous and efficient. We would use and recommend this company to anyone.
I had Trevor come out and fix a leaking water line. He did a great job was also very kind and courteous. I would highly recommend A1 choice to any one in need of any type of plumbing.
