Fast, efficient and great service! Easy to work and communicate with. Great plumbers who know their stuff...unfortunately can't say the same for the home inspector the new owners used when purchasing our home and insisted on having things replaced that were working perfectly. Kevin was great and did his best to deal with this scenario.

AC unit was not working properly going into the hottest week of the year. they showed up super fast and were able to repair an older unit that I was told by others needed to be replaced. the cost was far cheaper than i had anticipated. excellent honest company, will definitely use in the future.
Excellent Customer Service!We had to have our air conditioning unit looked at a few weeks back because of some issues. Dario (one of the heating and HVAC employees) arrived at our house and we were very happy with his work. He was respectful, polite and kind; thorough and careful with his work; and he took the time to explain the issue to us in ways that could be easily understood by individuals like ourselves who are not trained in HVAC. As a woman, I am used to being treated in a slightly demeaning and condescending way when dealing with trades people. However, this was not our experience with Dario. In all of his conversations, he was kind and helpful and took the time to explain things in ways that made sense (ie. using metaphors) without sounding condescending and rude. This was such a positive experience and I would recommend this company, and especially Dario for any service calls. Thank you,Amy
Great service! Of course we got a plugged kitchen sink on a Friday night. So we gave Living Water a call and Stu was able to come out on Saturday morning and cleaned out our plugged sink and we are delighted to be back to normal again!!
