Honestly, the best. Dr. Oz is super thorough. Gives you all the options and lets you decide what is right for you and your pet. They went through some staff changeover recently but have maintained the familiarity and my dog LOVES going here. No joke.
The day before Sparkles 8th birthday I noticed she was shaking, lethargic, and did not want to eat or drink anything. I decided to call Rose Valley it was 5:00pm so i expected to have to come in the morning however they said to come over right away. I got there right when Dr. Oz was supposed to be done for the day but he was more than happy to see my girl! He did some tests and found out Sparkles had Crystals in her Urine! He told me she was going to be just fine. He gave me medicine and food and booked her for a check up in a week and told me he would call the next morning to see how she was doing. Dr. Oz called me every single day asking how Sparkles was doing personally he didnt get someone else to call for him! Sparkles is doing really well now! The vet techs are awesome as well never make you feel bad if your dog pees or poos in the waiting and clean it up for before you have a chance to apologize or clean it yourself. I live in kelowna not west kelowna and dont drive but its worth the taxi ride!
Already so impressed with Dr. Oz. Not only was he incredibly personable and caring at my 1 year old Shepherd's first appointment with him, he even called personally to follow up. It's next to impossible to find a vet who cares these days, thank you Dr. Oz and the whole team. If you love your pet as much as I do and are looking for a vet to trust, go see Dr. Oz!

We love doctor oz and his staff! He has been there for us multiple times even when it's a smaller issue he's called on his personal time and made sure I was at ease about the health and saftey of my pets. I've never had a vet go above and beyond like Dr.oz. I can't say enough how thankful iam to have a vet like him in our community. He's the only one I trust to take care of my pups as he's always done an outstanding caring job with them. Plus the staff is always super helpful, informative and kind. They are so sweet to my dog's and always give a little extra attention! You can really tell everyone who works here is in it for the animals!!I would recommend dr.oz and his team to everyone !! If you need any kind of help big or small they are your people !! Thank you to the team!!
