The first time I went to my appt. things seemed pretty good and I really liked the receptionist. The second time was a follow up and it was a disaster!!A different receptionist took my dog in the back and said you wait here. I asked to accompany him because he is older and displays high anxiety with strangers when I am not around. I stood by the door to the back. A tall female vet (maybe an asst. vet) came and said you can't come back here, she then proceeded to pull my dog by the leash as he was whining and pulling back. She literally dragged him! This was supposed to be a routine check up and she would not let me attend. I moved from the lower mainland and always, always was able to stay with my dog while he was examined. She closed the door on my face. I stood on the other side of the door and only heard him yelping. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND IF THIS IS HOW MY PET IS HANDLED WHEN I AM THERE - WHAT THE HECK WOULD THEY DO IF I LEFT HIM. I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW WHO HAS A PET WHAT HAPPENED AND FRANKLY THEY DESERVE A ONE STAR RATING - ONE FOR THE FIRST RECEPTIONIST THAT I MET WHO ACTUALLY SEEMED LIKE SHE LIKED MY DOG.
Helpful genuine caring Cecilia is the most genuine animal loving person you could want caring for your pet. The prices are competitive and advice is always on point. They always order my large bag of cat food for me without a problem. I would totally recommend this animal hospital.
I truly feel like we were taken advantage of in our situation.What made us even more mad was our dog was covered in feces when we picked him up. If your going to overcharge for something so simple at least have the decency to provide proper care for the animal in your hands.
I've brought my cats and dogs here and have had nothing but the best service. Dr. Mundi is so genital and honest with you and your pet, they are very helpful and go above and beyond to help their clients. They've stayed open late for me and waved fee's during visits. They truly want the best for your pet, I would never go anywhere else.
