I cant recommend this hospital more. They are so accommodating and really bend over backwards to help every animal that walks through their door AND to ensure owners feel heard. I loved getting the card in the mail with our pups personalized name tag and they helped us make sure we can afford treatments.
Above and Beyond is the best way to describe the staff at Fairfield Animal Hospital in Kelowna: Amazing, professional, caring, knowledgeable. They provide accurate quotes and appropriate medication - and every time they follow up. They even sent me a welcome package for my cat Fuzzies :-) I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a vet clinic or emergency services.
SO beyond thankful of the service we received from this vet clinic! I will continue to use this clinic and recommend others do the same!
Im new to Kelowna and was calling around to get a good price for my dogs vaccination. Not only are they 24 hour vet but they are so wonderful there. I had to take him in for kennel cough and they made me feel so relaxed and reassured. Of course taking your pet to the vet is expensive but they are worth it! The staff is so knowledgeable and the vet I use really knows about pets!! For the high anxiety dog Mom that I am, I highly recommend!!!!!
We came to Fairfield Animal Hospital because we had an after hours call ( 6:40 pm) at our standard vet and we were told to contact Fairfield for an emergency call. Our experience here was as good as could be, as it turned out our dog had aggressive bone cancer (something our regular vet missed after several visits) that night we had to put our sweet 13 year old dog down, due to a broken leg as a result of said cancer. The care we received here was amazing,it made an incredibly hard thing to do somewhat easier knowing we had gone to a vet that cared about Harley and us. They were thoughtful, kind and compassionate. I would definitely recommend this vet and am considering transferring our cat and new dogs care to them.
