Facilities are dated. We stayed at the biggest suite which was a two-level 3-bedroom suite. Had only one bathroom for a suite that could accommodate at least 6 people. The master bedroom tv didn't work, either. But for a place that may be a bit shabby, I still enjoyed my stay.
So horribly noisy. Two nights here, the first night we had noise from the next room from midnight until 430am. Totally insane. The walls are also paper thin. Night two and new neighbors, they are nowhere near as noisy as last night's neighbor , but it is 145am and there's been no noise for about 3 minutes. The bathroom consisted of a tub and toilet in one room. The pocket door was gross when closed, looks like it hasn't been scrubbed for a while. Hairs on the wall behind the toilet. Dirt at the bottom of the outside of the bathtub. The beds are comfy and the bedding is clean. The main room is clean apart from the Walls needing a good wipe down, looks like that hasn't been one in a while. Will not stay here again. Should be considerably cheaper than the rate they are charging.
Very great service but there was this one guy who had a backpack full of mushrooms. But over all great resort!
wonderful hotel and staff.. very hard working and polite.. we stayed there for 5 days and they were very attentive to my kids.lots of activities for kids.. hotel, pool and facilities clean and organized, yes the hotel is older but kept in good condition.. on weekly days there were 3 maintenance men around at all times.. i feel sorry for all those bad reviews,,probably made by people that haven't worked a day in their life...perfect location, close to everything,
It was a place to sleep & I can't even say that in full confidence. By the amount of cars parked it certainly didn't seem full enough to have put us out at drug dealer corner rather than at least looking in on the courtyard. I felt compelled to take pictures of the Existing damage in the room so we wouldn't get charged. The pillows on the bed felt like they were made of camping foam that had been pulverized & I had to unplug the refrigerator at night because it made an awful sound. I wish I could give it negative stars. Needless to say for the Price we paid... I will gladly pay a few extra dollars and stay at the Best Western & NEVER set foot in that place again!
