Rooms are clean if perhaps a bit dated. Half of hotel faces highway 97 and is a bit noisy. Try for back side of hotel. EDIT: *Added after owner response * I wasn't made aware when I booked my room that it would face the highway. I was in town for work and would have really appreciated the offer to be on the other, quieter, side of the hotel. I don't think the place was full when I was there midweek - and certainly looked like rooms might even be available there. I had never stayed here, so I wouldn't know to ask this in advance. The location is fine, but to be honest it's not really any better than other hotels in the area. I stayed here to save a little cash and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
We stayed here a few weeks ago when hotel costs were quite high. This place seemed reasonable and the rooms/premises looked nice and clean. I would say the biggest bonus to this place is the covered parking we had right in front of our door for our small utility trailer. However, on the down side the rooms were on the small side and plug-ins in the room were very minimal. The hotel was right off the highway hence it was very loud day and night. Breakfast was adequate, quite basic. The premises were kept clean and maintained nicely. The bathroom area was nice and updated. In my opinion, the price is too high for the hotel. In the future, we will look for something more suitable and more worthwhile.
Location was great. It's close to downtown and the major street running through the city- so it does tend to be loud with all the traffic. The rooms were clean and well cared for, the pool was basic but well maintained, and the breakfast had a pretty good variety of options.
Comfortable beds. Our first room we had to leave after there was what looked like a bunch of blood on a wall and asked to have house keeping to clean it but they didn't. Front desk staff was ok...one wouldn't even make eye contact. Over all rooms were so so....it was supposed to be completely renovated but felt out of the 80s. Hoped for a better breakfast than what we got....wont stay here again.
Was quiet and comfortable. All the staff was helpful and kind and eager to make our stay better. I appreciated the hardwood floors- everything was clean. Would stay again :)
