Loved the place. Was there for a funeral, so arrived late at night. Was clean, put on a wonderful breakfast. Would of liked to enjoy the stay and check out the pool. To bad outside with no cover. But friendly and nice. Highly recommended.
The wifi is very spotty, sometimes not working for a minute or two. Our room had a strange smell in it, almost like ammonia. And a lot of the furniture and fixtures look dated, especially the elevator.But overall it's been a good experience, all the signs were pretty humorous and there's a free rubber duck in the room. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Stay here if you just want a "good enough" place to sleep at night for pretty cheap.
We were a family of 10 with kids sharing one room...and it was great. The hotel room was big and spacious. The staff were friendly and approachable. Would be great if there were more options for breakfast, but other than that it was a great stay.
Very clean. Sheets smell fresh. Very nice location close to many restaurants, stores and bars. New carpets. Quiet place I love the mountain views all around the place.They have pancakes, toasts, eggs, yogurt, fruits, pastries and the person in charge of dining seems to be dedicated with her job.
The staff are friendly enough, and the location is good, but if you want a decent night's sleep, do not stay here. The walls are paper thin. Every time someone walks past your door, it's like rolling thunder. People shout, yell, you hear everything, and the plumbing is loud too. I'm alarmed by how little respect for others people have here. We were awoken around 5am every day and couldn't get back to sleep. Also the WiFi is totally useless, our AC/Heater unit didn't work, spiders everywhere, there were bright orange stains on our bedding, and our experience was made even worse by by some really rude guests in the breakfast area who just let their kids go crazy. We stayed here because we've had great experiences at other Accent Inns, but this location is a cheap, dirty 'lawless' hotel with dated furniture and amenities. I would not stay here again.
