Stood around the store for 10 minutes waiting for help. Finally approached the person at the counter who never looked up from their computer. I said "Obviously what you are doing is more important than waiting on customers." He answered that he would be with us in a minute once he finished updating some inventory.This person had to be a novice owner who hasn't learned the most important rule of business......good service. They won't be in business for long if they don't learn that.
I recently purchased patio furniture for a sunroom. My first selection turned out to be uncomfortable for me and I was able to return it and make a replacement selection which is perfect.
