The. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. 9 months for our sofa to arrive and two days booked off work for delivery as they cancelled the first date at 2pm in the afternoon. When we voiced our concerns to the owner Rob this was his response...and I quote... "It sounds as though that everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with your order. I'll admit Treehouse has not handled all interactions or procedures as well as we may have. My apologies." Well Rob, apologies aren't enough when we've spent $$,$$$ in your shop over the past couple years, this is unacceptable by a mile. To bad we can't give negative stars. We should have shopped at Factor Furniture...we will from now.
Love this place! The staff are ever so friendly and helpful! They are masters at customer service and satisfaction. Rob and Tom went not just the extra mile for me but they went the distance to make sure that my furniture would arrive when promised and these two gentlemen even delivered and set up my furniture which is generally done by other husky delivery men. Rob and Tom are the hardest working men that go out of their way to please their customers and make sure that the customer is happy with the outcome.Truly the best service ever and I love my new furniture! I highly recommend Treehouse Interiors and also a shoutout to Jennifer who was more than amazing!Cant get the delivery guys on the dates set, no worries because Rob and Tom will do the job.A huge Thank YouAnne
Outstanding customer service - have not experienced anything like it in all the years of furniture shopping. The owner (Rob) showed a high ethical standard in his dealings with us. Also, Tom was amazing to work with, very knowledgeable and accommodating. My overall interaction with Treehouse Interiors was remarkable as they went above and beyond my expectations. Finally, the furniture selection at Treehouse is excellent - we ended up purchasing a stunning sofa.
Good sized furniture store with nice staff . I have found many things i love at this store however i find it pricy Above average markups leads to higher than normal merchandising... love to look.
Friendly staff and beautiful furniture but when it comes to payment and storage, they drop the ball. Furniture came in earlier than anticipated and Treehouse wanted the remaining balance paid for storage of the furniture while my renovations were completed. I do not agree with having to pay the entire balance before receiving the goods. Living in AB and trying to co-ordinate delivery and final payment was not easy. Store would not accept Visa over the phone yet I paid for lights, blinds, appliances, decking etc. with Visa over the phone. All businesses face the same risks with credit cards. This store is no exception. Treehouse needs to improve their customer service.
