Quality doesnt feel great, but worse than that was trying to find someone to ask some questions to. Walked up to the front counter waited for the lady to finish what she was doing. We were looked straight in the eyes and she walked away then walked back and still didnt say anything. We will gladly be buying from the competition where we were given excellent customer service.

Talk to Andrea. She knows her stuff and always looks after her clients. I really appreciated her giving me ideas and having an opinion on my decisions. She's been great to work with! I have a few friends that have worked with her too, they all share the same sentiments.

It's always great working with Andrea on picking out new items for our home. Throughout the years we keep going back for the great service she provides and the great furniture Beachcomber carries. I cannot say enough great things about this store!

Stopped in to look at hot tubs. Found an amazing home decor for inside and out. I would have never thought to go in for a dining table...but we found that as well! If you are looking for good quality great looking furnishings you should stop in. The hard part is deciding what to buy first.

Legendary family! Melvin's have been kind to me since day 1 back in Armstrong with the Home Hardware and growing up with the boys too! Now Kent and his team have great business in Kelowna! Have supported me with many vast charity ventures where we've literally raised thousands of dollars! Can't say enough, pop in say hi to Kent and that Andrew sent you ;)
