Excellent service here! I had a special request with my eye lash tint and Kathryn was very willing to help and did a great job!!! I am always able to get booked in for a few services at once which is so convenient! Its a very cool space with great staff who are genuinely friendly and helpful.
I don't usually complain, but I was pretty disappointed in my full leg and bikini wax from Brittany. While she made me feel comfortable, she missed a lot of spots, left me with stubble, and having to use a store bought waxing kit to correct her mistakes. Also questionable how a full leg and full bikini waxing only took 28 minutes? Seems like a very short time to do a proper job, especially when clients are paying quite a bit of money. I don't think I'll be going back to this store.
Not Impressed. Ill start with the positive. Its bright and looks clean. The receptionist was very nice. The two girls doing our pedicure both looked like they hated their lives that day and the pedicure is not worth what you pay for at all. Hardly any massage, I got cut under my nail by whatever she was doing and I'm hoping I don't get an infection as I've heard its not uncommon here by a few people. The tech must have been new as she was very shaky doing my polish. from far away it looks nice but up close its uneven. Have definitely had better for half the price.
