I just had an amazing pedicure from Emma. Very sweet and attentive to detail, had a lovely foot and hand massage, and I enjoyed the massaging/heat chair and paraffin wax. Gel polish is included in the pedicure too and Emma did an excellent job. Worth the splurge! One of the best pedicures Ive had.
Service was friendly, however the signature body wrap was just ok. If your looking to spend ALOT of money on a treatment, this is the place... very expensive $$$$
I had a wonderfully relaxing afternoon here while visiting Kelowna. The lovely Lucie gave me a wonderful massage followed by a gel manicure that included a paraffin wax treatment. Fabulous on all counts. The spa is very clean and welcoming and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable on all the products and services available. Very disappointed for the second time! This place is not worth the money. My husband bought me a gc... so had to go back and thought Id try it again, why not? This time my massage itself was low grade and not a lot of technique. Just a rub, is the best way to describe it. To top it off my masseuse had BO and bad breath. Makes for not a very relaxing experience when you are trying not to breath. When I told management (actually I think it was the owner) he had nothing to say, just that he does have other masseuses if Im coming back or other treatments. Not the point. Well second not the charm and never again.
