Pay parking is fine. Lots of spots. Beach goes on for like a kilometer. They have a zip line out into the water! And on the beach!
Very clean and well maintained park.The beach is also amazing.There is an opportunity to rent watercraft items within walking distance. Park was great for the smallest children as well as the older children.
Not good not bad. Kind of in the middle. Yes it was very hot. But that is not my complaint. Parking is a bit of a thing. It's quite a walk. There's also not enough shade for the really hot summer days. A concession stand would be nice and the washrooms are desperately in need of an upgrade. I can't wait to return and see it after the renovations have been done.
So neat! Way better than the city park. Has a make-shift zip line for kids, lots of fun. Also has some big trees to hide under during some hot days.
Parking can be a bit of an issue but it doesn't take away that this is a nice park. I've been out on many walks in this area and they're always relaxing. If you find time in your day definitely check it out.
