The selection isn't bad but the customer service is horrendous. I've been in several times. Not once has anyone said so much as a hello to me upon entering the store. Once went in with my father who is quite obviously a senior citizen and they wouldn't sell to me because he didn't have ID. So we walked out, I went back in alone grabbed what I needed and they still wouldn't sell to me! Went to the liquor store at the pub up the road, they have no problem with old people. Also the store is dirty...not the floors and windwos, many of the wine and liquor bottles are coated in dust. I try to avoid this place if I have other options.
Amazing customer service. Went above and beyond to find me a certain flavour of Ciroc Vodka.
My 7 year old needed the washroom. Not like hes some teenager with a backpack. I almost left without buying anything. I wont go back.
Never had a bad experience here. Good selection and closes late every day!
Always has good sales and better pricing than the BC Liquor store. Plus I don't have to drive all the way across town to go to the BC Liquor store
