Great selection with great staff and service. Would highly recommend if looking for private liquor stores in the Okanagan. It's a great atmosphere and the location is very convenient for me.
Not a good experience at all, they were really rude just because one of us didn't bring his id. I mean, we know its required but one can even politely tell us without being so unnecessarily rude.
Love the staff here! Always feel welcome here and besides who isn't happy when they visit a liquor store!
The first time I came to your store was a hot summer day and I had my dog in the van with me. I picked up some beverages for the evening and when I came back out from the store, I couldnt get my vehicle started again. I was in a mad panic as even with the windows down, it was already heating up inside my van. I waited and tried to get it started again with no success. Panic for my dogs well-being and now vehicle problems, set in fast and I really didnt have any help nearby. I asked the staff for some water for my dog and they quickly rushed to help. Not only did they get him water but they also allowed me to bring him into the a/c cooled building to cool him down while we waited for help. Though I was stressed about the situation, my puppy was so excited and happy about the whole experience and seeing new people come in and out that I was able to quickly relaxed myself.Both Adam and Kolby who were working at the time, were very upbeat and friendly and helped me out big time that day. They insisted if there was anything else they could do, to please let them know. They really did go above and beyond as far as customer service goes. My puppy and I have a new found appreciation for your staff and your store. I will definitely be a repeat customer. It warms my heart that there are good people in this world who are ready to help.
