Young punk with all the tattoos on the counter today is Terrible. Sucks in customer service.. Fire him if this is ur son.. Train him better if it's your employee. He is driving ur customers away.. Don't forget u have competitions.. I even heard people talking outside how pathetic he was.Sorry.. I won't be coming back here..
The customer service here is actually fantastic. They have been kind enough to supply over 500 bags of ice to the local Rotary Club's Ribfest fundraiser over the past two years. They can't do enough for you and this business is going to be one of the ones to watch as it grows. I can't say enough about this team. Definitely recommended as five stars!
This liquor store in Kelowna charges you higher price at the teller, when you check out, rather than they post of their shelves. Be aware of a scam! For some customers, it is not a big deal to pay 1-2 bucks more for their wine (especially when you dont realize it!) but these girls at the store are dirty! When theyve been caught, they start saying prepared bullsh*t about different system setup! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!
Pay close attention to what the cashier is typing into the pin pad. I've been over charged twice now because I wasn't paying attention.
