tiny little unsuspecting place with excellent customer service. I was in and out for a necklace repair in under 10 minutes! extremely reasonably priced as well

10/10 recommend. They're super knowledgeable, incredibly nice, great customer service, and they know what they're doing. They even stayed late after hours when I desperately needed help. Best service I've had in a long time.

What a gem! (Pun intended) Had a necklace resized in minutes for $10. Great service with a smile. I will certainly be back for any jewelry modifications and also to see what he will offer for gold trade-in.
