If you want a gym that has everything all Under One Roof this is the place to go. Many skilled people in training, kinesiology, excellent classes of all types, wonderful staff, and a real caring and cleanliness about the whole place.
I've been coming here for years and love it. They have tons of equipment and a great team to boot. It's also close to the Landmark buildings, making it easy to squeeze in a workout on my lunch break!
Great gym overall. Some maintenance of equipment needed however, some of it is not safe (loose bolts, cable machines need replacing). Overall a good vibe. Nice staff. Lots of space. Reasonable hours. Everything you could hope for in a gym.
Staff are friendly and helpful if you need them. The squash and tennis courts are fantastic. Locker room is always tidy with occasional out of stock supplies of soap and paper towels but not very often. They have been painting and renovating to give a clean sharp update and it looks great! :) The amount of equipment they have is tremendous and amazing. Sometimes in the afternoon it can get busy but still youre never crowded for space which is nice. Mornings are the best time I find to blast through a workout. Only thing that bugs me is some of the equipment is old. Which is totally fine for weights and those machines. But the stand/sit up exercise bikes seriously need replacing. Only a couple are actually in working order with the others either missing parts or when youre pedaling, they are inconsistent with the resistance and there is movement and clicking.
First time here. Great facilities! Two floors, excellent selection of gym equipment; facilities are fantastic. Gym equipment might be a bit older but it is all very well maintained and staff are super friendly!
