This is one of the best gyms I have ever been to! The women are so incredibly supportive and the atmosphere is second to none. If you are a woman in the Okanagan looking for a super fun place to workout this is it!

TWP's super friendly staff/owners not only greet you by name when you walk in the door but they care about the whole you! You will get motivated, have a fantastic work out and leave feeling better than when you arrived. Love the people and love the atmosphere.
I joined TWP Gym a few months after meeting the owners through Swinging with the Stars. I knew I loved them as people, so I figured... I will for sure LOVE their gym! And I was right!Best experience ever. The whole atmosphere is just GORGEOUS and makes you feel so pampered even when you're going to get your sweat on. I love the change rooms and the bathroom too. Not only is it superbly CLEAN, but it's the prettiest and most comfortable change room I've ever seen. Carrying out my workouts there is also a dream. The equipment selection is great and works well for the kind of lifting I like to do. Staff is SO friendly and makes me feel at home. I really enjoy going to TWP because I love to chat and get to know everyone there
