The smoothies are great! The food selection at the hot bar is really hit or miss. Could definitely use some love in the chef section.

One of my favourite spots in Kelowna! Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Beat the regular hustle and bustle of regular grocery stores and support local, earth friendly food, vitamins etc! The bistro is absolutely incedible and often sells out of things, and make sure to try a healthy smoothie! Just a wonderful store I visit at least once and week, and can't say enough good things about! Great spot for us Vegans too ;)
Bistro has a variety of tasty/healthy soups, sandwiches, smoothies all for reasonable price. Their baking definitely stands out miles above the crowd: zucchini chocolate cake, beet and cheese-filled muffin, carrot cake.My favorite snacks are sold here: VEGA maca chocolate, hot chocolate with maca, aspartame free gum, VEGA protein snacks.
