Seriously the worst experience! We tried to extend the reservation and was told we have to pay over double the original amount to cover other peoples reservation on the truck. Yet when we called from a different number we were able to book the truck that day for the normal rate. The service was so extremely rude and unprofessional! Never will I ever use this location again.
Staff at this location were great, I rented exactly what I needed.Returning it however, was a pain. The page had an error in it after all the information and photographs were taken. Then I couldn't confirm if it went through or not so I called the customer service. We'll ten minutes on hold later and I hope a call in the morning will be sufficient.
This is not the fault of employees from this location but, I reserved a car dolly 3 weeks in advance in kelowna for a move to Alberta. The evening before we are to pick up we get an email saying it's ready to pick up in penticton. They figure I should be ok with driving 2 hours out of my way. Scheduling department did not care in the least or do anything to help resolve. Just to bad so sad. Never again.
I wish I could remember the name of the younger girl with brown hair that works here. SHE was fantastic! The other employees could learn a lesson in friendliness and helpfulness from her. She made the whole process so easy and was so nice. Very great experience with that particular employee.
Went for a hitch fitting. Great price, solid product. However the customer service is awful. Had to wait over 30 mins in line to even be seen (I arrived at 1250 for a 1pm appointment) and was told it'd be ready in an hour. Said I'd be back at 415. Came back at 415 and it wasn't ready. Then the guy that installed it wouldn't give me my keys until he'd checked I had paid (despite me having my receipt right there) which delayed me even further. Oh and my car smelled of smoke so thanks for either smoking in it or smoking so much you transfer the smell simply by driving a car 200 yards.
