Have been renting a unit for 7 months now.. they deduced suddenly to jack the rates up stating saying it is their right to do so! Can't exactly just move out so leaves NO CHOICE but to let them take advantage of my situation.Will be looking for alternative arrangements Their response:"If you refer to your signed contract under section 3. Rent; you will see that it does state that rents can be changed with 30 days prior written notice to the customer. Your rate change is set to take effect January 1, 2018, therefore we are within our rights to change your rate."Be careful what you sign with them! There might be more surprises in your contract.
I was looking for storage and noticed that Stop and Store were just opening. They went above and beyond to secure me a space, even when they were busy just trying to get their business opened. I would definitely recommend this storage facility! Great facility!
