I used to buy lots of shoes here (boots mostly). I have also ordered things in before and not ever received them. The last time i dealt with this store I ordered a beautiful pair of Portofino boots in an aqua colour and I waited and waited for a phone call telling me they were in. After 6 weeks of waiting I dropped by the store to find out where they might be and was told not to bother them-they said they would call me when my boots arrived. That was over a year ago and I never went back. There is a shoe store in Vancouver called Foot Solutions that also carries Portofino as well as other European brands that I like. I make it a point to shop there when I am in Vancouver. Absolutely wonderful customer service and follow up.
My first time here was 5 weeks ago. It was very busy in the store and I get that. Staff tried to attend to me but I ended up helping myself more. I ended up deciding on a pair of shoes but they were sold out in my size. The first Lady said it would only take a week to get them in, another lady said two weeks. I was confused by this but ordered the shoes anyway. It's been 5+ weeks now and nobody has bothered to call me (I live on the opposite end of town and I don't frequent the area.) I feel like a customer they didn't care about. I gave up while waiting and went to another store buy shoes for work. Super disappointed, don't think I'll be back here anytime soon.

Beautiful store .poor customer service..2 clerks were assembling a stand .neither asked if I needed help. I had to get the ladder and climb up to reach my size twice. No one came to assist me until I started to walk around the store carrying the shoes I had chosen to purchase. Very disappointing.
My mother and I came to the store looking around. My mother tried on shoes and one lady in hers 60s was being very passive aggressive and rude because my mom asked a few questions about her sandals. She was like if you dont like them its simple you dont need buy them and walked away. I have never experience such poor and classless customer service. We walked out and will NEVER go again.
