I signed up for a gmail account just to leave this post. Hopefully it will be helpful to others. It is pretty stressful to have to deal with a leaky roof especially when you didn't have a trusted roofing contact and are relying of BBB ratings and other bits of information to select someone for a potentially very expensive repair. We called Ryder Roofing for help and everything seemed great at first. The staff that visited the house were very nice and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help. Unfortunately, they were not able to sort out the issue after several visits. This led us to speak to the owner. Over two five minute conversations in which I tried to ask about potential next steps or get a referral for another company, he yelled and cursed at me, and finally told me the leaking was my ****ing problem and hung up. Pan camera to me with my mouth hanging open. Oh yeah. That happened. Picture of professionalism. Good luck to anyone that selects this company to work on their house.
I don't normally comment on companies but this one warranted some warning to other people.I have use this company for commercial work twice this year and had good service. But...Arranged to install roof top curbs and jacks and had scheduled date. Roofers didn't show up so called them to see what was up.Got told I was to phone a day in advance to confirm which was not the case. I told him this was not what we agreed in an earlier conversation. The guy told me to find someone else and hung up.The person who I was talking to was the owner of the company. Would give zero stars but site will not allow.
