The studio is a welcoming environment with friendly staff! I was treated by physiotherapist Heather Neil for my shoulder injury, and she was gentle yet knowledgable and very skilled! I always left appointments feeling less pain and mentally capable of healing my injury! With the integrated Pilates program (that I direct billed through my benefits), I built up strength and found a love for Pilates! Paula, my instructor, was so encouraging and detailed with her instruction to ensure I made the most out of every appointment. I feel stronger and more able than I have in years, and I have NeuMovement to thank!!
Great staff all around at NeuMovement Kelowna. I have been going for massage and physio to rehab my back and shoulder and they have all definitely helped. From the handful of physiotherapists I've seen in the Kelowna, the ones I've seen here are the best. With my injuries I don't know what I would do without their help.
Ive been working with Katie for physio and Teigan for Pilates and both of them have been super informative during the whole process. My progress has been nothing short of life changing. The studio atmosphere is amazing too as everyone is always friendly. I highly recommend Neu Movement!
Love this studio! Being newer to Kelowna I was a little intimidated trying to find new classes. The staff at NeuMovement were so welcoming and made me feel right at home immediately. I used to do barre and Pilates back home and found that the Springboard classes are a perfect balance incorporating barre, Pilates and cardio. The classes are super fun and you will feel the burn the next day. So happy to have found this spot!
