I had Robert Spotswood and Greg help me out with my shoulder after a dislocation and after surgery. Good guys, easy to talk to and very helpful. It is now feeling better than ever. Lots of parking at the building too is a bonus.
Went to get advice on how to best recover from a knee injury. Instead they just explained for 20 minutes what to avoid doing such as activities that cause pain... good idea, never thought of that myself... $75 for this... then at the end the receptionist couldn't figure out how to use my very standard extended health plan card so I had to pay out of pocket and submit the claim myself... frustrating and inconvenient, waste of money and time. I won't be back.
