1st off I did make a nice review for Rustys only a few months ago. 4 stars. Since then I have been in 6 times I think and 3 times too many now. Service each time quite inadequate and non attentive and non engaging and the owners nowhere to be seen or found like they were before I noticed, why??? When you have servers, young ones, in place, not very able to engage or pay attention to who is there, why NOT be present more! Surprisingly the food is quite good though but many times it took forever to get and even after following up and asking how much longer. Not even on their busy wing night either. Last night, Sunday, (for a good example), I met a friend there as he wanted to watch Sunday Night football. When I arrived in there just some awful music playing loudly and it was the Patriots and a big game ticket. I sat and listened to some others complain about no sound and that it says sports bar outside. Etc etc. I am no Pats fan but yes just have the sound on without having to ask and peeing off so many guests in the process. Other times too I had to ask for sound to be put on myself for a big game...this makes ZERO sense!Then our server vanished a lot and we had to ask the other server for things such as a refill or to order food and what the specials are. This is now at least 4 strikes as of late. Food: good...Service: the pits!Attentiveness: zero! Come on already! Hire only those experienced and who CARE, even if 50 %, not almost zero!
I've always come here to enjoy playing pool with family and friends. The food is awesome! Staff there are always friendly. Very nice spot to just chill, watch a sports game, and have fun.
Went for trivia night. Had a lot of fun for that!!! The service was pretty slow though, and the wings which were on special were quite dry - definitely cooked too long... Great venue though. Very large inside and a lot of fun to go to with a group of friends
Nobody came to take our orders during the 40 minutes that we were there, even though they asked us to move twice (once when they brought the orders which we went to the bar to ask). When they did bring our drinks, all of the orders were wrong. Be basically left after that. I am leaving two stars because the place was comfortable.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I'm throwing that out as a compliment too! Went for drinks with a few friends (party of seven); ladies ordered some drinks and appies; when I was ready to order the waitress had #%&@ed off. Nobody else came around to see how any of the girls' food was, or to see if anyone else needed anything in the hour and a half I had been there... I ended up getting ONE beer the entire afternoon. Oh wait' I lied; two girls came out later to clear empty plates... Out of the 5 tables of patrons in the restaurant, the girl behind the bar only checked on the same table of 2 ladies repeatedly in 30 minutes.I realize it's hard to find staff who WANT to work during the summer, but you can't make sales with your waitresses standing behind the bar and socializing with only ONE table out of five!
