Went there to take in the rooftop views of downtown and the lake. The drinks are a little pricey, but I guess you're paying for the ambience. Looks like a great place to hold a special event or just a nice place to bring your date to after dinner. Can't wait until "Gather" opens downstairs.
Great drinks but they were so busy that we couldnt get a sit down table. We ended up having to go somewhere else to eat, as my nana couldnt manage at a couch for a meal. Would like to try another time
Great views, super friendly staff, tasty drinks. I did not try the food during my visit so I can't comment on that. I did not like the feeling of the fake grass under my feet, but other people that I've talked with enjoy it. The one area has comfortable couches where you can enjoy the view and the sun isn't directly on you in the evening. I'd recommend going here at least once to see if it's your style. I'll be going again.
Our server was super awesome. Down to earth and funny. Put up with demands of our crazy group. Loved the view and the food was tasty. Portions were a bit on the smaller size but loved it and will be going back.
I rarely leave negative reviews and it saddens me to write this one. Our experience was very poor. Once we were seated we waited for 15 minutes without being addressed or acknowledged by a server. This may have been understandable had it been busy, but that was not the case on this evening. We stood and took our time leaving, walked by two hostesses who did not inquire as to why we were leaving, just looked at us a little funny. 2 stars because the venue has a beautiful view. Sadly we will not likely return.
