Thought the lady at the front was a little rude. Not polite, not friendly, not helpful. I went in to ask a question about getting a Thai visa and she basically told me that unless I was booking my trip with them, she wasn't the slightest bit interested in helping me (even though I was the only person in the building). What she didn't realize is that I had another trip planned that I definitely needed a travel agent for. No chance I'd go back there...
