My father-in-law who is 80 years old, made an offer on a unit with the listing agent of Eric Hasanhuendl. He made an offer on a two-bedroom in Copper Sky with subject to financing. Before the subject removal date, my dad found out he could not get financing and canceled the deal. Mr. Hasanhuendl was not happy with the situation and demanded that my father-in-law produce proof of his non-acceptance or he would pursue legal action. Eric has been very difficult and we would not recommend him to anybody.

Christopher Albanese is the worst agent ever. After renting the place for took $300 dollars for cleaning and charged us $850 for damages and everything even though every is super clean and tidy.This person is a scammer.
