Got my prescription wrong by short changing me on meds, made mistakes on the transfer of an open prescription to Shoppers, inconvenient business hours. This is supposed to be a professional organization NOT HAPPY!

Asked for help with a key battery for my house lock, was showed which battery I needed I bought it walked outside switched batteries and had no light come on, walked directly back in and was told they couldn't take it back. Went to an electronics store and they gave the the correct battery in seconds
