Words cannot describe how amazed I am with the service I have received from this business. I have been a pond enthusiast since 2004, in this time I have built 5 ponds eveytime work transferred my family. Of course with more experience comes bigger needs, our last move took us to a very rural area with no place to purchase my equipment. I had ordered on line many times before from both the U.S and in Canada, came across this website and would recommend 120%.I am 1,500. Km away and they have gone above and beyond to get my products to me. The biggest purchase so far was a liner that was 300 pounds and they did everything they could to get that liner to me, there was only a couple of couriers that would deliver and they made it happen, when I was at a total loss.I will even purchase something that is similar to what I had before, but not from same supplier just to continue to support this wonderful business. Sure they have it on Amazon, usually a slight price difference, but it is the customer service that makes me a loyal customer. And the knowledge, is just amazing, if you ever want to know anything about ponding, follow the seminars, I have learned new information since I discovered Okanagan Koi and Water Gardens.Extremely satisfied customer.

So friendly. Has the best supply of everything for ponds. Very well priced. Very knowledgeable. Plants are so healthy and best priced. Best selection Ive come across. All the fish are stunning. The koi sanctuary is stunning. Never seen such beautiful koi before. This is a must visit. Will be back for sure
On the drive up to black mountain, its a great place to stop. They have two dogs, rescues from South Korea, and theyre very good dogs. Enjoyed the views and koi fish. Its all by donation. I had no idea Koi lived til 225 years old.
