Great customer service. Was super quick and easy. Dropped off my stuff on my lunch break and picked it up after work - best was that they folded all my laundry for me! Never got my laundry done this quick before (besides when I was still living at home with the parents lol)! Fairly inexpensive as well.
Popped in to wash my quilt, and I was greeted with a friendly smile and service. Many machines to choose from and a clean atmosphere.
First time using this business-went in to have our king comforter cleaned which our toddler vomited on. We paid $21 to have them do it (plus I tipped $4). Upon returning home and taking the blanket out of the plastic bag, we were pleased with the overall condition where the vomit had been, but there was a new mark that just appeared to be residue that needed an extra rinse cycle (literally the size of a twoonie). We returned to ask if they could do this (our washing machine is not large enough to accommodate a king blanket). They accused my husband of creating the new stain, and only offered 1/2 off. In addition, the gal working answered a phone call mid conversation with my husband and was quite rude. We will be taking our blanket to a different laundromat and clean it ourselves for less than $5. Will never return, and will not recommend to anyone we know.
