Spent the day home sick, realized at 5 p.m. that my insurance was due. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes, with a cranky toddler. Thanks for making it so easy.

Absolutely horrible staff. Have had nothing but issues all week. Tried to get a vehicle insured but was met with snark attitude and issues. Both staff members I dealt with were unhelpful or willing in anyway. When a problem was on there side, it was passed back to me saying it was a me problem now. Will never go back or ever recommend someone going there. Horrible staff and horrible experience.
Great service, quick and knowledgeable. Quick answers to my online questions and they called me back within an hour when they were busy. I switched to Sussex because of the bad service and waiting times from another insurance agency. Thumbs ups to you Sussex, keep up the good work!
