We needed reassurance that he would stand behind the product he sells along with the manufacturer.Shaun is honest and sincere asking for time to make some phone calls firming up availability, competitive pricing, and installation meeting our time constraints. After the installation and a minimal amount of time had lapsed he followed up with a phone call to confirm we were one hundred percent satisfied. The carpet required a re kick and he had the installer back within 48 hours. Really knowledgeable staff, great help! Even the young guy. Is he the owner's son? Everybody there seems to have a good time whilst taking care of business. All the sale prices were a very welcome surprise. I was able to scoop up a roll end with a name that referenced Star Wars. How cool!Would recommend to anyone wanting to save money and enjoy the once overwhelming experience of shopping for numerous types of flooring.
