Lindsay Brown is incredibly amazing! She knows her colours and I love the ambience of the salon. The friendliness of the staff is fantastic too. I feel very comfortable here in downtown Kelowna, only minutes from my work. The glass of wine was delicious also.
The moment you walk into Loyal Hair, you are immediately welcomed into the family. They make sure you are comfortable with free coffee or tea and they are always on time. The staff is extremely professional when it comes to hair. Any request you have for your hair is received and is executed perfectly.The new location on St Paul St is clean, modern, and comfortable. One of the best experiences I have ever had. The prices are very reasonable. I Definitely recommend this place over all others in Kelowna.

Ive been coming here for many years, and always such a great experience every time at this salon! I love the lather lounge, a beautiful space where you can take a moment to relax while they wash your hair. I would recommend them to all my friends!
Over the years I have had some good experiences in hair salons. Today I had a GREAT experience. I arrived with a horrible botched hair colour that I had been hiding under various hats for multiple days. I was given options that left me feeling like this disaster I created could be fixed all the while keeping within my budget. From the consultation, colour correction, hair treatment to the final cut and style I walked out of Loyal s feeling renewed and confident. I cannot thank stylist Kirsten enough for her encouragement in helping me find my way back to myself and to Lana for a wonderful salon experience.
